Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BrainRotters ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BrainRotters' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, information, or other content available on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit or fraud department.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Major cities: 3-5 business days
• Other areas: 5-7 business days
• Remote locations: 7-12 business days

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Site. Specifically, you may not:

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in any fraudulent activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BrainRotters and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BrainRotters or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
